I get pretty consistent favorable response to my singing these days.  As a matter of fact, at the West Coast Songwriter's open mic in Sebastopol a couple of weeks
ago, I won Best Performance. It was a shocker to me.

I think of myself as a songwriter more than a performer, especially as a vocalist. And I've also received other favorable comments.

I was so emboldened that I actually went to the Hydro last night and sung a song. I'm also showing up at quite a few open mics these days.
